Seahorses is the name given to the floating houses in Dubai with an underwater bedroom with views of coral reefs
Dubai is known for impressive projects like the tallest building globally, indoor ski slopes, and artificial islands, to name a few. The story we are about to share with you is a perfect example of the city’s extravagant real estate ambitions. The ‘Floating Seahorse’ Project takes place in “The World“, an artificial archipelago in the shape of Earth’s continents.
Around 130 partially submerged luxury villas are built on islands known as ‘the heart of Europe’ with islands called “Austria” or “Switzerland“.
Rooms with an underwater view of the coral reefs
These futuristic villas vary in size, but each will have three levels. There is a submerged level with underwater bedrooms and bathrooms where guests will enjoy admiring marine life. In reality, the Floating Seahorse Project owes its name to the endangered species. Under the luxury villas, the seahorses will have a protected area with artificial coral reefs to live and reproduce safely. Not only is it an amazing sight, but it is also an honourable gesture for the environment.
The sea-level accommodation houses modern and comfortable amenities: a kitchen, dining room, floor-to-ceiling windows, a terrace, and even a plunge pool.
Each villa offers a WiFi connection and the latest technology, such as remote control applications and other ultimate devices.
